Succession Planning

Working with our clients we identify, understand and assess their current workforce and work hand in hand to plan the workforce of the future - reviewing their top executives and those in the next lower level to determine several backups for each position. We also work to identify and understand the developmental needs of a clients employees ensuring that all key employees understand their career paths and the roles they are being developed to fill.
