A person’s personal motivators need to fit the organizational opportunity. We typically look at what really matters to an individual in terms of the context of "work", "relationships", “life in general", “view of success” and “rewards expectations”.
Questions include
- Situations, contexts and relationships that energize or drain the person
- Emotional involvement: interests, passion/s, inner driving forces, commitment and energy levels in life, work and relationships
