Nash, Ph.D. Kevin's undergraduate studies were in Marketing at the Dublin Institute of Technology where he graduated first in his class. He then gained an M.A. in Management from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK, and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, Minnesota. Kevin is a member of the American Psychological Society, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Society for Training and Development, and The Academy of Management. Kevin is the President and Founder of Aspen Organization Development Consulting, LLC and frequently teams with ITD on projects that require additional expertise. Gerald A. Kesselman, Ph.D. Prior to full time consulting Dr. Kesselman was National Director of Career and Organizational Development for Ernst & Young LLP from 1988-1994. In this role, Dr. Kesselman was responsible for formulating human resource strategies, programs and policies relating to retention, performance and satisfaction of the firm’s professional and administrative staff. Specific initiatives included conducting culture and attitude surveys, designing performance management systems aligned with the firm’s strategy for the firm’s 20,000 personnel and work in the areas of total quality, career development and the identification, selection and retention of high potential personnel. Stella Kaplow Lee, Ph.D. Prior to full time consulting, Dr. Lee worked as an internal consultant for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She has worked extensively in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Dr. Lee was a member of the graduate faculty at Columbia University teaching Organizational Behavior and Survey Research Methods. Dr. Lee received her Ph.D. from New York University in 1995. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology. Pat L. Marshall, Ph.D. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech, Dr. Marshall has provided individual executive coaching to domestic and international senior-level executives of Fortune 500 companies in the technology, financial services, and pharmaceuticals industries. She has over 16 years experience in applied settings integrating the results of role-plays with 360-degree feedback and various psychological test results. Dr. Marshall has also worked in the area of process re-engineering with the pharmaceutical industry as well as develop selection instruments within the financial services industry. Dr. Marshall has developed and delivered the results of employee surveys and feedback reports for Computer Sciences Corporation, General Motors, Perot Systems and Prudential Insurance. She provided sales assessments for Schering-Plough, management assessment for Agilent, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Hewlett-Packard, Internal Revenue Service and U. S. Gypsum. She has also provided performance management services for Merrill Lynch and selection testing for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. In addition, Dr. Marshall has developed structured interview training for Barclays Capital. Finally, she has developed and implemented a 360 degree feedback for the senior team at Northern Westchester hospital. Dr. Marshall is presently adjunct faculty in the Graduate School, Department of Psychology at New York University. She teaches courses in Introduction to Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership and Strategic Change and Work and Motivation. She is past President of the Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology (METRO) and a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organization Development Network of New York City. Alison Larkan Her areas of specialization include: leadership, development, implementation and presentation of supervisory, management and executive development programs, change management, competency based recruitment, assessment and selection, succession planning, team building, cross cultural facilitation, career development, counseling, conflict resolution and organizational diagnostics. Tina Spangler Tina consults and trains in the areas of Customer Service, Leadership, Teaming, Meeting Facilitation, Team Development and Diversity. In addition, her experience includes extensive work in sales and sales management training. She is an expert group facilitator, helping clients work effectively toward desired and specific outcomes. Working with a wide range of fortune 500 firms from industries including Engineering, Retail, Financial Services/Banking, Utilities, Consumer Organizations and Pharmaceuticals, Tina includes the following among her list of clients: Allied Domecq (Dunkin’Donuts/Baskin-Robbins), Allied Signal, Asea Brown-Boveri, Chemical Bank, Citibank, Dreyfus, Elizabeth Arden, Fleet Bank, Haagen-Dazs, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Kansas City Power and Light, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Ortho-McNeil, Parke-Davis, PECO Engineering, Warner-Lambert and Unilever. In addition, Tina designs assessment instruments/simulations and training programs and has developed competency models. She also frequently works as part of an assessment team to evaluate candidates for leadership, management and sales positions and to give feedback and developmental recommendations. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked as an internal consultant for a NY Bank and as a consulting manager for a major national consulting/training organization. Tina holds an Advanced Degree in Organization Behavior and Development and an M.S. in Counseling and Human Resources. |
