itd is a management and organizational development group that provides holistic assessment for leadership development, coaching initiatives, and succession planning. Our goal is to help organizations achieve consistent, sustainable improvement in productivity and performance. Since 1993 our diverse and seasoned teams have partnered with clients in corporations, non-profit groups, consultancies, and governments in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa.

We distribute and support Cognadev International Products in the United States to both consulting firms and client organizations. These products include the Cognitive Process Profile, Values Orientation, Motivational Profile and Cognitive Task Assessment.

Other assessment instruments we are licensed to use include SHL's Occupational Personality Questionnaire, Hogan tools, Belbin, and MBTI.
